It would be exaggerated to say that the Chainsaw Man's anime and manga series is kind to its characters. Thrower to all kinds of dangerous situations with little or no plot armor, they are constantly at risk of biting the proverbial bullet and never reappearing in the series. With this in mind, he probably had a persistent question in his mind that has just gathered the courage to ask: Does Aka die in Chainsaw Man? ?

Does Aka die in Chainsaw Man? Answered
We are sad to say that Aka, in fact, dies in Chainsaw Man, and is a quite crucial moment in the series as a whole.
While the Public Safety Devil Hunters prepare for their long-awaited confrontation with Gun Devil, Aka begins to worry that Benji and Power are injured in the confrontation. This only worsens that Future Devil directly tells him that he and Power will be killed by Benji, and that the device that all other Devils fear will appear immediately later. Then he meets Maxima in an attempt to make a deal with any devil to make sure that Power and Benji can live a happy and peaceful life.
Maxima then uses this to force Aka to make a contract with her, revealing that she is device control. Then he faces Gun Devil on his own, and after submitting it, forces him to possess Aka and turn him into a Gun Devil Fiend. Then he sick Aka with Benji and Power, which forces Benji to fight and kill Aka to save the general population and bring Benji to despair.
It is an unfortunate end for one of the three main characters of the program, and leaves the arch of his character more as a tragedy than anything else. Not only that, but it serves as an important catalyst for the eventual Benji confrontation with Maxima in the climax and the end of the public security arch.
Can Aka be returned to life in Chainsaw Man? Answered
As for whether Aka will return in Chainsaw Man or not, the answer seems to be not quite definitive.
While Maxima reincarnates after the events of the public security arc and Power can potentially reincarnate as a new version of Blood Devil, Aka does not have this option. This is because he lived and died as a human, and was only consumed or possessed by demons during his time in the series. As such, he will not return as an active character unless Katsuki Fujiko loots a great McMuffin out of nowhere.
