While the game is considered poorly optimized, we present our recommended configuration as well as some tips to better play New World. The Amazon Games MMORPG has since several phases Betas, creates the controversy because of an inefficient optimization, sometimes leaving on the tile of very good graphics cards and configurations. Here is the configuration recommended by Amazon Games to play New World. According to our tests, this configuration will rotate the game around 60 fps (apart from combat at 50 vs 50) but in 780p and with the majority of the options in High.

So, if you consider playing a fairly fluid game but with low resolution is enough for you, this configuration will do the trick. However, if your goal is to play in 1080p , you will need to reduce some graphic options in medium to maintain 60 fps.

Our configuration for good play in New World

In order to play in better conditions (without spending a fortune in a high-end tower), here is our proposal for a configuration for New World. Here, the goal is to rotate the game to more than 60 fps in high with a resolution greater than 1080p.

• Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 or Intel Core i7
• RAM: 32GB RAM
• Graphics card: AMD Radeon RX 5700 or NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060
• DirectX: version 12
• Storage : 60+ Go on a NVME SSD

With this configuration, you will be able to run New World Problem in High Resolution higher than 1080p while maintaining 60 fps. Note, however, that as any MMORPG, the quality of your connection and your storage speed can affect performance. In addition, a good processor will take advantage of better performance.

Problem with EVGA 3090

A recurring problem occurred during the last phase of Beta de New World where EVGA 3090 FTW graphics card users (and more generally from 3090) have seen their cg make the soul or even fire ... so do not have fear, several patches are being deployed but the ideal would still be to monitor the data of your CG if you play the game.
