Twitch Streamer Shroud likes PvE in New World more than PVP

However, this scaling does not bother Shroud at all: "I like the scaling system. Maybe it needs a few adjustments here and there, but I really like it. I like it that a stage-20 player can kill someone on stage 60. "In the PVP, it is apparently more on skill and less on equipment and values.

How does it fit together? Shroud already presupposes that especially dedicated ("sweaty") players superior to the optimal build for any content available. You will have an optimized setup with weapons, skills and attributes for about open PVP, instantiated PVP and PVE.
