Ps5 soon finally available? Sony makes you hope again

The PS5 has been officially available since November last year, but today the Next-Gen console is chronically sold out. But that could change soon - at least Sony seems to be optimistic.

PS5: Sony introduces ambitious console targets

Also almost 9 months after the official sales start there is not the PS5 not free to buy. And is the console in some dealers in stock, it is already sold out within a few minutes.

But possibly this problem is soon the story. During an official income statement from Sony, the financial boss of the company Hiroki Totoki reported to speak and presented the new sales destinations for the PS5.

Within the current fiscal year, which runs from April 2021 to March 2022, 14.8 million ps5 consoles are to be sold. In the previous financial year, about 7.8 million consoles could be sold. It follows that Sony will sell 22.6 million consoles through March of the coming year (Source: TwinFinite).

Only last, Sony was able to reach the 10 million milestone, so around 12.6 million consoles are still missing to achieve the self-created goal. But is that realistic? Finally, due to the hardware crisis, there is just a bottleneck in the supply of chips.
